How does usage tracking work?

Usage is tracked based on the time Smart Interview is actively transcribing and providing AI assistance during your interviews. Background idle time is not counted. All plans reset monthly.

What features are included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes 15 minutes with basic AI models, custom instructions, basic transcription, resume/job description upload, and conversation history. Just create an account to get started.

Does unused time roll over?

No, unused hours do not roll over to the next month on any plan. We recommend choosing the plan that best fits your interview schedule.

How do screenshot limits work?

Each plan includes a monthly screenshot allowance. Screenshots are counted per billing cycle and reset automatically when your cycle renews. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade your plan for more.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a refund policy?
